Seafood Lovers Valentines

Chef Jacques Haeringer will be cooking contemporary French cuisine while teaching expert cooking techniques and tricks. Following the demonstration, guests will sit down to a five course meal with three wine pairings. A vintner will be available for discussing and presenting each wine. Paired wines will be available to guests at a special price to take home.
